Where We Ship We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 6-12 business days, depending on your location. Total time from order placement to delivery is generally 6–14 business days (processing + shipping).

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery address. We regularly offer free shipping promotions — check the banner at the top of our site for current offers.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.

Lost or Missing Packages If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and around your property first, as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered slightly before arrival.
